Bid Co-ordinator / Graphic Designer - East London (4 days in office) - Perm - £30,000 - £45,000

We have an exciting role with an innovative Sustainability/ ESG company, for an experienced Bid Co-ordinator/Designer to join their marketing team.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be pivotal in organising and creating time-sensitive and visually compelling tender documents, customer proposals and marketing assets.

Keyresponsibilities
Lead the design and development of highly creative proposals, presentation documents, white papers, reports and marketing assets.

Introduce and implement all necessary document version control procedures and processes.

Work as an integral part of the Sales and Marketing team to ensure all customer facing documentation and assets are up to scratch

Coordinate input from a variety of stakeholders from all areas of the business.

Ensure proposal documents following standard formatting and quality standards

Provide advice on flow, language, tone of voice, vocabulary, and grammar to content owners.

Consolidate sections and/or documents developed by other team members into the required format.

Maintain and make available master document sets.

Run meetings, present and solution-build with customers and internal colleagues.

Identify and implement process improvements.

Carry out day-to-day activities using Company systems and technology and promote best practice within the wider team.

Build strong working relationships with internal colleagues, external suppliers and customers to facilitate the smooth running of all projects

Show leadership and take ownership of situations/problems.

Experience

Qualifications in a Creative / Artistic Discipline with desktop publishing software skills such as Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign and Microsoft Office.

Be comfortable working with customers, suppliers, partners and internal colleagues.

Experience in the production of proposal documents and general assets for use both in electronic and hard copy materials.

Confident working with a range of software and design tools to create graphical output that can be incorporated in tender documents and accompanying materials such as digital assets, brochures, websites, event material.

Have a passion for sustainability in professional and personal life.

Understand or be willing to learn about the drivers, challenges and solutions relating to climate change.

Have good IT literacy, including good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Have excellent planning, execution, and reporting skills with the ability to work on own initiative and be always flexible to prioritise and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
