Financial Controller (Band 8c) - Welwyn (2 Days in the office) - £67,000-£77,000 + Benefits
Our client, a large NHS entity, are looking for an accomplished accountant to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity filling in due to an internal promotion. As well as having a good fundamental knowledge of accounts you must come from an NHS background.
The Organisation are focused on providing a good work life balance including a hybrid working model and flexible working.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Produce Financial Statements in line with International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • To prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual returns.
- responsible for the preparation of the monthly management accounts and annual statutory financial statements.

  • Produce key information for the Board Report and Finance and Performance Committee report.
  • Ensuring that the internal financial control environment is being maintained.

Skills Include:

  • NHS Experience is Required
  • Experience communicating with senior stakeholders.
