IT Support Engineer - Onsite covering Birmingham£28, hour working week
9 month contract commencing January 2023
The role:
Working for a highly professional and progressive IT Managed Services company, you will be required to cover customer sites, delivering support services as part of the Managed Services agreement.
Responding to incidents and service events, you will be focussed on providing excellent customer service and making all customer contact a positive experience.
Duties include:
- Desktop support
- Printer support
- Helpdesk support and call management
- Laptop and PC builds
- Office Application Support
- MS Office
- Telephone and mobile administration
Skills required:
- Office 36
- MS Active Directory
- Laptop/Desktop support
- Print Management
Able to provide a professional approach, you will be driven to enhance the team and keen to learn and develop.
