We are looking for a Cleaning Area Supervisor to work in the areas surrounding the Northwest, such as Manchester and Preston.

We have two roles available, AM or PM.

Your responsibilities

Ensure that we are offering a fullservice delivery across the site as per the contract specification.
Ensure that the cleaning services agreed with the client are consistently delivered to a high standard and meets the requirements of the customer.
Work along side the Service Delivery Manger to ensure quality standards are met through regular audits.
Assist in all management responsibilities including HR, Recruitment, Training and H&S including training across all sites.
Ensure that relevant attendance times are accurate across the team.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and appropriate training as needed.
Cover cleaning work to meet the cleaning standards on site, when required.

Skills and Requirements
Experience managing staff and client relations.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Lead by example.

Ability to motivate a team of people and prioritise tasks.
