Responsibilities
As an Administrator you will be providing administration support enabling the team to operate at a high and efficient level.
Your day to day will include:
- Supporting with administrating face-to-face events and programmes across Emerging Talent function
- Coordinating the Professional Membership network including members lists, reviews, meeting invites and administration of data
- Working closely with the wider teams across the business to track attendance on core Emerging Talent safety, compliance and technical training
- Coordinating information required for new starters to sign up on programmes and to complete funding paperwork
- Liaising with the Emerging Talent leads in the business to keep records of the apprenticeships PSL

- Experience supporting the administration of teams in a fast paced-environment
- Good organisational, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
