We're recruiting for a Tenancy Support Services Team Assistant to join our tenancy support team covering Basingstoke and surrounding areas
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week, on a fixed term contract for 6 months.

Here's the facts about the role:

As a tenancy support services team assistant your main responsibilities will be carrying out a range of administrative tasks to support the tenancy support, place shaping, and customer engagement teams.

These tasks will include, but are not limited to:


  • Coordinating meetings with and for stakeholders including room bookings, and minute taking
  • Supporting with the creation and delivery of surveys mail merges, data entry and response collation (online and postal surveys)
  • Managing team post and scanning of key documentation
  • Invoice and purchase orders
  • Task allocation amongst the team
  • Support with updating AdvicePro and other systems with current users


You'll deliver a high standard of customer service both internal and external customers, and therefore you'll have a high standard of communication skills.

You'll be responsive to requests and work within the agreed targets, utilising your excellent time management and prioritisation skills.


As a member of the tenancy support services, you will be providing a service to front line staff enabling them to work remotely and support our customers out in the community.

You'll be a team player, building strong relationships with colleagues and partner agencies, and will be keen to develop your knowledge and skills by completing training in all necessary areas of the role.


You'll have a good standard of written and spoken English, excellent communication skills, and experience delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy environment.

You'll also have strong IT skills and the ability to learn how to use a range of software packages, including MS Office.

As our new tenancy support services team assistant, you'll be patient, and empathetic with a "can do" attitude, will be able to live and demonstrate our values, and will be motivated to develop and succeed.
