Description
A 'Good' school in North Shields are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. They are looking for someone with relevant experience and a genuine passion for working within education.


The successful Teaching Assistant will be required to work alongside the classroom teacher, who is keen to involve the support staff in all her lesson plans to ensure the pupils are getting the desired support they need.

The class has a mixture of abilitiesand some children pose some behavioural difficulties, but the school and teacher have systems in place to ensure child safety is always the priority.


This role will vary in regards to working with a multitude of pupils within the Year 3 class, some of which are SEN pupils.

This will not be a one-to-one role but does require someone who has experience working with differing needs and abilities.
