THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSITION & YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
We are looking for talented, high-energy individuals who want to be part of a fast-paced, growing digital marketing (lead generation) business.
You will spend your time answering any of their queries regarding their campaigns, helping them understand what they can do to improve their campaign & dealing with any complaints.
What we require:
- You need to be organised and a selfstarter
- You need to be able to be easy to get along with and motivate those around you
- Ideally, you need to have a good knowledge of Ads and how digital marketing works but not essential
- You need to be able to deal with any unhappy clients and be willing to find a solution that everyone is happy with
- You need to be able to successfully get on with our range of clients
- Excellent communication skills are required as you will be working on a remote basis only, therefore an exceptional level of trust and dedication will be required
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential
- Experience discussing stats and numbers with clients
The skills we're looking for:
- Experience in managing client accounts
- 12 years of industry experience in a similar role (preferably agencyside).
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
Salary:
£18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
