THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSITION & YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY


We are looking for talented, high-energy individuals who want to be part of a fast-paced, growing digital marketing (lead generation) business.

We are looking for someone committed to helping to look after our clients on a day-to-day basis.


You will spend your time answering any of their queries regarding their campaigns, helping them understand what they can do to improve their campaign & dealing with any complaints.


What we require:


  • You need to be organised and a selfstarter
  • You need to be able to be easy to get along with and motivate those around you
  • Ideally, you need to have a good knowledge of Ads and how digital marketing works but not essential
  • You need to be able to deal with any unhappy clients and be willing to find a solution that everyone is happy with
  • You need to be able to successfully get on with our range of clients
  • Excellent communication skills are required as you will be working on a remote basis only, therefore an exceptional level of trust and dedication will be required
  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential
  • Experience discussing stats and numbers with clients

The skills we're looking for:


  • Experience in managing client accounts
  • 12 years of industry experience in a similar role (preferably agencyside).
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve

Salary:
£18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
