We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Coordinator to join our team in the heart of the City of London. This is a temporary full-time opportunity to work with a world-class organization in the environmental and sustainability space.

Duties:
Meeting Arrangements: Schedule meetings, book rooms, plan refreshments, and ensure all necessary materials are available.
Correspondence Management: Respond to emails, sort mail, and manage other correspondence as required.
Document Preparation: Draft, format, and print relevant documents, including reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Administrative Support: Interact with senior executives, carry out administrative requests, and provide general support as required.
Purchase Orders and Invoicing: Assist with the preparation and processing of purchase orders and invoices.
Social Media and Website Management: Maintain website functions, social media profiles, and other online presence as required.

You should be highly professional and customer service-driven, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be willing to go above and beyond what is expected, think forward, and have strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications is also required.
