Office Services and Facilities Team:
Our Office Services and Facilities teams are in place to support all of our colleagues with the day to day running for the office - enabling them to deliver a smooth service to our clients.
The Role:
The Central Admin Service is a central hub in place to provide an invaluable admin support to our divisions.
The Office Services Team Leader will manage and administer daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the Reprographics and post room.
- oversee the reprographics needs of the business, ensuring that printing, photocopying and scanning is organised and completed in a timely manner
- liaise and negotiate with office supplies and equipment suppliers
- line management duties of 10 members of staff; conducting regular 1-2-1 meetings, annual appraisals, managing absences and holiday requests
- ensure that the Office Services teams are fully resourced and able to provide a full service at all times
- monitor workflows and requests for work and suggest ways to improve efficiency
- act as an escalation point for issues and solving problems as they occur
- be responsible for general post room duties such as overseeing the sorting and distribution of post; organising couriers and assisting and arranging room set-up and events
- as part of the Office Services team you will work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure adequate cover and appropriate distribution of duties across Office Services
- liaise with service users to build relationships, gather feedback and act on suggestions for improvement
Knowledge, skills and experience required
