Do you have B2B telemarketing experience targeting new business? Are you looking to join a successful organisation who offer their clients a consultative approach? There are no geographical restrictions to the role and since the company offer a wide range ofservices and products, you will have excellent scope to be able to achieve your goals.

You will be working for an international company based in Luton in a role which is new business focused.

You will be based in their offices full-time but in the future you will meet clients and attend events nationally.

You will be generating, nurturing andconverting leads through the development and implementation of an effective sales plan, working in conjunction with the Director.

You will also be liaising with technical teams, as well as collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging sales campaigns.

There is excellent career development within this role, as well as a high earning potential, with uncapped individual bonuses available.

If you enjoy building long-standing client relationships, you will have the opportunity to develop into a hybrid new businessand account management role in the future, however, if you prefer a pure sales role, you can progress in a senior level BD role.


Duties include:

  • Driving awareness and interest in the services of the company by telemarketing to new business contacts
  • Researching and developing relationships with new prospects
  • Promoting and following up on marketing activity
  • Presenting products and services to prospects and clients both over the telephone and facetoface
  • Developing compelling proposals for engaged prospects
  • Attending industry events, networking with new contacts and providing information on market trends
  • Tracking contact activity, including gathering intelligence
  • Helping to shape the business development strategy, tactics and approaches
  • Some business development or sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Commercially minded approach, able to see the bigger picture
  • Results orientated and focused on working to targets
  • Proven experience in generating and closing sales opportunities
  • A selfstarter with a desire to talk to clients about their business problems and offer solutions
  • A proactive and positive attitude
