Currently recruiting the PA to the Divisional FD for a permanent role- Based in Edinburgh, City Centre (Hybrid) within Financial Services
About Our Client:
Large Financial Services business
- Sophisticated diary management of a demanding and fastpaced calendar. Coordinate meetings and events to achieve optimum time efficiency, as well as producing comprehensive information including agendas and briefing notes.
- Work closely with the team, always aligning to the priorities of the Executive.
- Arrange travel requirements, adhering to the travel policy and budget.
- Carry out a wide range of activities including team changes on Workday, expenses, invoices, electronic filing, resolving IT issues.
- Ensure day to day management, including record keeping, is kept to a high standard and is in line with the Executive Handbook, Group Policies, and standards.
- Accomplish work objectives by determining own work schedule and assigning short term tasks to others if necessary.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, calling out where appropriate.
- Use own initiative and judgement from knowledge of key issues as to what action needs to be taken and when more complex issues require escalation.
The Successful Applicant:
- A highly experienced PA who is passionate about what they do.
- You'll have strong written and oral communication skills and are a confident user of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan in advance and be proactive.
- A keen eye for detail and be capable of reacting quickly to both internal and external business needs.
- You are flexible, collaborative, resilient and have a cando demeanour.
- Financial services background is desirable
