Adecco are thrilled to be working with a building firm based in South Bristol. We are working to support them with their vacancy for a driven individual to oversee the help-desk and coordination

of work requested by clients.


As a growing company they are keen to look for someone who is able to grow with the business and make the role their own.

This position would be perfect for someone looking to build upon existing Customer Service and/or Administration experience.


The ideal post holder will be organised and adaptable, able to take their hand to a variety of tasks that will be given to them.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for training and development alongside working with a close-knit and supportive team.


General Duties:

  • Providing a first point of call for Clients via phone.
  • Engineer Diary Management.
  • Planning routes and scheduling reactive works.
  • Using tracking software to check Engineers have arrived on sites.
  • Processing incoming quotation requests.
  • Scheduling quoting/night works.
  • Dispatching local Engineers where appropriate.
  • Following up on planning for quoted jobs (Materials being ordered etc.)
  • Liaising with Subcontractors to issue them with works
  • Accepting jobs on Client portals in real time.
  • Preplanned maintenance scheduling.
  • Checking our central spreadsheet of outstanding quotes daily.
