Programme Manager - Perm

Salary: 85K + 20% bonus

Location:
Central London/Hybrid WFH

The client

The creators of British TV who are currently expanding in the media industry's sector of streaming.

You

You will lead the client's biggest and most strategic programmes and act as a key delivery partner to their product and technology teams.

Responsibilities:

Managing plans to time and working through risks, issues, and dependencies
Taking accountability for delivery and getting the project over the line
Running project boards and communicating to senior leadership
Partnering with product and technology teams to optimise ways of working
Working closely with the Product Director to ensure the Product roadmap is deliverable
Managing conflict and working in a diplomatic way to achieve project outcomes
Building a culture where people are empowered to do their best work, so being prepared to give, receive, and act on feedback etc

Your experience

Ideally you would have worked within broadcasting, TV streaming or subscriptions
Experience leading large major digital programmes across multiple functional areas
Managing stakeholders, and bringing structure to the delivery of a programme
Experience with both agile and waterfall
Experience with JIRA, Confluence
