Description
As a result of continued expansion we are pleased to be representing a leading Bristol employer seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to add to their growing team.
Experience:
- Experience in a similar IT Support role preferably a professional service provider
- Experience in 1st line and 2nd line technical support via service desk over the phone/Teams, and facetoface basis
- Windows 10, and Active Directory, including Microsoft Azure
- Experience in supporting Microsoft 365; Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint & Teams
- Working knowledge of SCCM and imaging processes
- Working knowledge of SQL,.Net C#, HTML and PowerShell & VB Scripting skills
