As a Client Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our retail clients.

Your engaging personality, product knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills will contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers while achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:


Customer Engagement:
Greet and assist customers, creating a welcoming and friendly environment. Actively listen to customer needs, offer product recommendations, and address inquiries to enhance their shopping experience.


Sales Generation:
Utilize product knowledge to promote and upsell merchandise, driving sales and meeting individual and team targets. Employ persuasive communication techniques to encourage customers to make purchasing decisions.


Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and needs. Proactively communicate new product arrivals, promotions, and special offers to drive repeat business.


Product Knowledge:
Develop an in-depth understanding of the products offered, including features, benefits, and uses. Provide accurate information to customers and answer questions confidently to assist them in making informed buying decisions.


Transaction Processing:
Efficiently handle sales transactions, including cash, credit card, and digital payments. Ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, and receipts, while adhering to company policies and procedures.


Merchandising:
Participate in visual merchandising activities, ensuring products are displayed attractively and according to established guidelines. Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing to create a positive shopping environment.


Issue Resolution:
Address customer concerns, returns, and exchanges in a professional and empathetic manner. Collaborate with team members and managers to find suitable solutions, aiming to exceed customer expectations.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to engage customers and build rapport.
  • Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
  • Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and inventory management software is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay:
Up to £2,500.00 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Commission pay

Ability to Relocate:

  • Bristol: Relocate before starting work (required)
