Supply Chain Professional

3 locations (not required to travel to all 3 but must attend the office weekly) - Portsmouth, Filton, Scotstoun

The Atlas Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Professional to join an established, worldwide professional team. You will provide Stakeholder management of suppliers and ensuring projects meet the project timelines.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Working with stakeholders, to generate statements of work and RFQ's (Request for Quotation) to create sourcing solutions
  • Generate and negotiate appropriate terms and conditions and develop contract packs
  • Placing subcontract purchase orders within the SAP System for both direct and indirect materials and processes
  • Reviewing and managing supplier performance, manage change and maintain relationships both internal & external
  • Act as main point of contact for CDRLs (Contract Data Requirements List), for assigned suppliers and Procurement Packs, liaising with reviewers, suppliers and the engineering teams to achieve on time, quality deliverables

Key Skills required:


  • CIPS level 4 or ongoing study
  • Experience of SAP
  • Understanding of Contract Management (T&C's, IP, Security, NDA's)
  • Previous Procurement experience
