Description

As the new Customer Service Advisor you will need to provide technical support, correctly identifying products or services required whilst meeting the needs of the Customer.

This role will see you answering a high volume of calls and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Speaking with Customers in and out of warranty.

Taking information and key points down to pass on to an engineer who will visit and provide solutions to their products.


Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle customer questions and complaints

Understand company products and services

Maintain accurate customer records

Support other areas within the contact centre at peak times

Understands product features & benefits (full training provided)

First class telephone skills

Ability to work methodically and accurately, paying attention to detail

Strong organisation skills:
ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently

No Weekends

Morning shifts 8am-6pm

1 Part time 1 Full time

£21,400.00 per year
