The Best Connection (Newcastle) are recruiting for an
Administrator to provide maternity cover for our client based in Follingsby Park.

The company are one of the UK's largest home furniture retailers and are very well known in the sector.

This role is temporary as it is providing maternity cover until approximately February 2024. Please note that there is scope for this position to be extended past this date.

The role:

Accurately inputting data into spreadsheets to make information available for the team
Actively tracking and monitoring stock numbers on site and recording information
Responding to inbound queries and providing support to internal and external customers
Make outbound calls to customers advising them of estimated delivery times
General admin duties and housekeeping
Admin experience is essential
Customer service experience is preferred
Ability to get to Follingsby Park for 7am in the morning
Flexible to work weekends on a rota basis

Pay + Hours:

5 shifts over Hours worked flexibly between 07:00am 19:00pm
38hr working week
Will include weekend work on a rota basis. The client provides 4 weeks notice in advance of shifts.

- £10.42 per hour (pay to be reviewed after 3 months)
