Property Services Scheduler

Location:
Camden, London

Hours: 35 per week Monday to Friday

Pay:
£15.52ph PAYE

We at Edenvale Recruitment are looking for someone to join our clients team as a Property Servicer Scheduler on an initial 3 Month FTC.

This role sits within the Property Services team, which is responsible for ensuring the repairs and maintenance for over 22,000 properties across London and surrounding areas.

We are looking for someone with:

A good level of IT and communication skills
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to selfmotivate
Experience of working within the Housing/ Property sector (desirable)
Experience of providing excellent customer service

Duties will include but not limited to:

Effective administration to ensure work is carried out on time and in line with compliance.
Raising a variety of jobs accurately and in a timely manner
Dealing with scheduling conflicts and rearranging if necessary
