This position will be responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods; you will also ensure that spare part orders are fulfilled on-time and in full to meet customers' requirements.

Main Responsibilities / Activities
Key Responsibilities

End to end process for spares orders to meet customer requirements.
Responsible for processing purchase orders for spares.
Proactively expediting purchase orders to ensure customer requirements are met.
Maintaining purchase order promise dates within the ERP system.
Organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage of goods.
The efficient utilization of space and mechanical handling equipment.
Operation of the fork lift truck.
Responsible for system maintenance and ensuring inventory accuracy.
Min stock replenishment process to maximize benefits of stock holding.
Maintaining a 5S culture
Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment safely.

Key Competences / Leadership Attributes Experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous**- PC literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
