Join us to play a pivotal role in managing risk at GetGround as we scale our offering As our multi-product business expands and transforms, so does the regulatory landscape.

This is a high impact role in an exciting, fast-paced environment.


Reporting into George our Director of Compliance & Risk (ex Deliveroo Senior Risk & Compliance Manager) and working alongside Esther (ex Marshmallow), you will be a key business partner to GetGround's business units, supporting sustainable growth whilst ensuring the business continues to meet its regulatory obligations.


What you will do

  • Manage daytoday operations of our compliance program, including risk assessment, transaction monitoring and audits.
  • Help educate and foster a culture of compliance and risk management across the wider business through business partnering, policies and training.
  • Support the team over wider Compliancerelated projects and OKRs, as we continue to level up our governance, risk and compliance framework as the business scales.
  • Act as a key point of escalation for the Sales and Operations teams, with knowledge over investigations, source of funds/source of wealth, KYC and KYB.

The skills and experience you will have

  • 2+ years in a compliance related role with knowledge of relevant regulations, systems and processes (including AML, Consumer Duty, GDPR)
  • Analytical and riskbased mindset you think deeply about mitigating risk and not ticking boxes
  • A passion for good policies, processes and operational excellence
  • A pragmatic approach with a continuous improvement attitude
  • A strong 'moral compass'
