WB Employment is a South West based, Independent recruitment agency who specialise in the supply of recruitment services on both a temp and perm basis.

We are currently recruiting for a
Sales Consultant to join our busy Exeter team.

The role will involve taking over responsibility of the sales for the Branch and you will be required to take ownership of pushing new business across the region by

  • Finding and qualifying new leads
  • Updating and managing the CRM system
  • Conducting Sales Calls
  • Arranging and attending new sales meetings
  • Creating and providing rates/new client paperwork
There will also a be a requirement to assist the branch with other roles such as

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
  • Advertising vacancies on various platforms
  • Data entry and database upkeep
  • General office duties

About you

  • Previous Sales Experience in a similar role is required
  • History of converting new business leads
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Reliable, Punctual and Motivated
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Full UK Driving licence is required
  • Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
  • Confident

£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
