Graduate Membership Engagement
The Scottish Building Federation is looking for two Graduate Membership Engagement professionals to join our team.

The role of Membership Engagement will play a key role in ensuring that the members of the Scottish Building Federation are fully engaged and supported.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as a point of contact for members, addressing queries, and supporting them in their engagement with the Scottish Building Federation.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with members through regular communication, and by keeping them informed of news and events related to the Scottish Building Federation.
  • Plan and execute a variety of events and activities that engage and educate members, such as seminars, workshops, and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure the Scottish Building Federation's membership database is uptodate and accurate, and provide regular reports on membership numbers and trends.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement membership recruitment campaigns and strategies.
  • Develop and manage membership benefits and discounts, ensuring that they are relevant and attractive to members.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the Scottish Building Federation to support wider organisational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and experience with data management.
  • Experience with event planning and execution.

Salary:
From £9.50 per hour
