We are partnering with a well-established health and well-being organisation based in the Solihull area, who are looking for a front desk receptionist to join their team.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day, between the hours of 08.00am-18.00pm.
- First point of contact to customers face to face and over the telephone.
- Coordinate appointments and diaries for clinical staff.
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages.
- Supporting with onsite health and wellbeing events.
- Taking meeting notes.
- Ordering stock and supplies for the centre.
- Have front of house/ reception experience, ideally within the medical sector.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Enjoy building relationships.
- Be experienced within Microsoft Office software.
