We are partnering with a well-established health and well-being organisation based in the Solihull area, who are looking for a front desk receptionist to join their team.


This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day, between the hours of 08.00am-18.00pm.

Duties and responsibilities as a front desk receptionist will include:

  • First point of contact to customers face to face and over the telephone.
  • Coordinate appointments and diaries for clinical staff.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Answering telephone calls and taking messages.
  • Supporting with onsite health and wellbeing events.
  • Taking meeting notes.
  • Ordering stock and supplies for the centre.
To be considered for the front desk receptionist role you must:

  • Have front of house/ reception experience, ideally within the medical sector.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Enjoy building relationships.
  • Be experienced within Microsoft Office software.

Job Types:

Salary:
£20,300.00 per year
