Administration Assistant - Fabulous first role opportunity - Wadhurst - £21,000

SALARY:
£21,000




LOCATION:
Wadhurst - You must have a drivers licence and car




HOURS:
Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM




HOLIDAY:
20 days + all bank holidays

What you will be doing?

  • Assisting with issuing renewal invitations
  • Assisting with issuing estimated premiums
  • Assisting with issuing quotation reminders
  • Issuing vouchers for the recommendation scheme and handle any adhoc customer queries regarding their voucher(s)
  • Issuing the monthly mailshot
  • General daily administration (franking of post, shredding of documents & any adhoc tasks)
  • Completing a weekly stock check
  • Managing outgoing post, including franking and preparation prior to collection by Royal Mail
  • Producing other documentation as required
  • Data entry into office systems as required
  • Assisting with incoming phone calls
  • Assisting with broker admin tasks as required
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Great planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills the ability to build successful business relationships, be polite and cooperative when dealing with customers, brokers and colleagues
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, ensuring all communications are clear, fair and not misleading
