The Opportunity

We're hiring for a confident, well-organized, and personable individual to join our team as a Receptionist.

Collaborating closely with our manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our salon while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that keeps our clients delighted.

Working Pattern
We are able to be flexible with this role, however weekends are non negotiable. This salon is open 7 days a week, this role will always include working both Saturday and Sunday._

What you will be doing:

Provide every client with a warm and authentic TONI&GUY welcome, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they enter the salon.
Maintain an impeccably organized and beautiful Front of House environment, creating a visually stunning space that reflects the high standards of our brand.
Be an integral part of the team, readily available to assist salon staff with various tasks, such as providing refreshments or shampooing clients when needed.
Take charge of stock orders, ensuring that salon supplies are wellstocked and ready for seamless operations.
Stay on top of staff rota schedules, ensuring efficient scheduling and allocation of resources to meet client needs.

We'd love to meet someone with:

Previous experience in customer-facing and administrative roles is a plus, bringing valuable skills in interacting with clients and managing salon operations.
Strong interpersonal abilities to create positive connections with clients, staff, and management, contributing to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Organizational flair to keep the Front of House area tidy and visually appealing, ensuring a pleasant experience for our valued clients.
Flexibility and a helpful attitude to assist the salon team with various tasks, including supporting staff, attending to client needs, and maintaining a cooperative work environment.
