About the Role
Huhtamaki are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Assistant to join our Team in Gosport, Hampshire.


You'll be responsible for providing reactive and planned maintenance for the security, maintenance and services of our two Gosport sites (Grange and Holbrook).

Carrying out various general maintenance tasks to ensure the fabric of the building, grounds,plant equipment and services are maintained effectively in compliance with current legislations and company policies.

Assisting as point of contact for contractors where required, you'll liaise to ensure projects are completed and that the correct permitsare in place prior to work commencing.


About you


With a minimum of 4 GCSE's or equivalent, to include Maths and & English (grade C or above), you'll have previous experience in a maintenance environment and will have basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

With excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal, you'll maintain and continually improve quality and standard of workmanship. Experience of associated Factory Plant Equipment and an IPAAD certificate, would be desirable, however is not essential.
