Real Estate Finance Solicitor - London

A strong and ambitious property department is looking for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor PQE) based in London.

You will be working in one of the fastest growing law firms in the UK, with an excellent caseload and strong notable clients.

The Role

This Real Estate Finance Solicitor position will sit as part of the commercial real estate department, advising on a range of mixed lending matters.

They have an excellent client base and breadth of work.

The Real Estate Finance Solicitor role will involve:
Working with two dedicated partners, within a national Real Estate Finance team
Being part of an ambitious firm and team that has doubled in size over the last two years
Predominantly high-value, complex financing matters

A qualified Solicitor with experience working in Real Estate Finance (ideally 2-5 PQE)
Demonstrable knowledge of Real Estate Finance, including short term bridging finance and complex transactions

An in depth understanding of both short term and long term lending matters and confidence taking responsibility

Strong academics and good communication skills
An excellent attitude to team work
