Brand new opportunity in Cardiff to work as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with a small, collaborative, and relationship-driven team. Our client is expanding and hiring for their Cardiff City Centre Office.

Everyone in this sociable team works closely together with no dress code. They have ambitious growth plans and pride themselves on their caring, consultative approach to recruitment.


The Role:
  • Delivering the entire recruitment process, including winning new clients, talent sourcing, account management, and building relationships
  • Working in a 360 role with the team

About You:

The company has a family-like atmosphere and is seeking a relationship-driven individual with a good sense of humor.

Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in 360 recruitment agency in a fast-paced industry with high job and applicant volumes.

Must have a consultative, ethical recruitment approach, caring about the service provided and its impact.
