Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Advisor to join our amazing team in London. You will work closely with the HR Director and People Manager to implement our recruitment and talent initiatives.You will be apart of a great HR team but can make this role your own and take control of the ARM recruitment function.
Responsibilities
- Manage Talent Acquisition in a fast paced and busy environment through a quality centric and tenacious approach. ,
- Leverage all recruitment resources available to attract top talent and close roles quickly – ATS, LinkedIn, social media referral incentives etc. ,
- Recommend and implement creative cost effective sourcing strategies. ,
- Stay informed of trends innovative recruiting techniques competitive within the media industry li li Consistently develop maintain network contacts pipelines help identify source talent li Screen cv's conduct telephone interviews candidates shortlist top talent manage recruitment process start finish including making offers li Manage exec day for London Leeds ensuring successful hiring right execs entry level media roles across business deliver great candidate experience comms closing deal ul
