In the light of new development in Northampton we are now seeking the following,
qualified and experienced residential childcare staff ton support our continued growth:

_Support Workers - Full time (40 hours) - £ £13.00 per hour plus sleep in payments of £45.00 per sleep _
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate:
A passion for empowering vulnerable children to maximise their potential and a commitment to quality and empathy.

QCF/NVQ level 3/4 in Residential Child Care or be working towards Level 3 or 4

At Least 6 months experience of residential childcare or an associated profession such as education or early years care. A current and Valid DBS certificate

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to demonstrate an inclusive approach to others
