I am currently representing an award winning healthcare business to recruit a Scrum Master to sit within their ever-growing Salesforce team.


Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate the agile development process and ensure the smooth functioning of scrum ceremonies.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to foster effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and remove any obstacles that may impede team productivity and progress.
  • Coach and guide team members on agile principles and practices.
  • Promote continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and implementing process enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile development environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Java.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
  • Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies is a plus
