Gateperson (Newton Purcell, Oxfordshire) - Fulltime
A chance to work on the largest Infrastructure project in the UK, spanning over the next 8-10 years


PAYE basis

On Offer:


  • Rate of
    £13.96 per hour first 39 hours
  • Rate of
    £20.94 per hour final 11 hours
  • Rate of
    £15.50 per hour average across 50 hours
Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)

  • Lodge or Mileage paid depending on distance (Relevant Documentation must be provided i.e. Proof of Address, Tenancy Agreement)
  • Pension

Overtime When Available:


  • Saturday
  • First 4 hours' time & a half after 4 hours double time


  • Sunday

  • Double time
  • Full understanding of all aspects and responsibilities of a Gate person/Traffic Marshall.
  • Experience in directing vehicles and plant of various types using various methods i.e., hand and radio signals
  • A reasonable level of work experience recorded
  • Good understanding of the English language
  • CSCS Green Card
  • Traffic Banksman ticket

Preferred

  • CSCS Blue
  • Traffic Marshall Ticket NPORS, CPCS
  • Manual handling
  • Driving license
  • Safety critical medical
