What you'll be doing


Reporting to the head of Manufacturing and Engineering SU, the ERP Consultant role requires a consultant having 5 years minimum industry experience, capable of leading pre-sales and delivery of mid to complex multi-module ERP deployments.

You will be supported by MHP Architects and technical resources in the solution design, technical delivery and customer engagement. The ERP consultant will also grow to provide mentoring and development to junior delivery consultants as the team expands.

  • Have excellent communication skills to both MHP teams and our clients.
  • Be driven and selfmotivated with a teambased leadership attitude.
- able to work equally well from home, customer sites, MHP's London office

  • Possess a full UK driving licence.
  • Have the ability to travel and support customer site activity as required.
  • Be able to work with MHP Sales Team to present ERP based solutions to potential clients.
  • Have a general awareness of current IT infrastructures, ideally with a working knowledge of cloud based implementations.

  • Must have a minimum 5 years ERP sales / implementation experience as an ERP lead consultant for mid to large consulting organizations using either the SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Oracle ERP products.
  • Experience of ERP / PLM Change management
  • Experience of ERP / PLM integration
  • Ideally have working knowledge of PLM integrations with either PLM or MES toolsets.
  • Mandatory experience in the UK market in Automotive, Aerospace or electronics industries.
  • Prior experience of super user ERP training delivery is a definite plus factor.
  • Adaptability our work is varied so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety in what they do and can 'get stuck in'.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
