£60-£75 a day

Are you a Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge? Do you have an understanding and caring nature who wants to make a difference to a child's life?


Masterclass Education are working with a lovely mainstream primary school in the Worthing area who provide a safe and happy environment for the children to thrive in their education and drive them to succeed.


The school are needing a
EYFS Teaching Assistant to help a child who requires additional support in and out of lessons.

You would need to develop a positive and trusting relationship, assist with helping them with their work which would be set by the class teacher.

You will be fully immersed into the life of the school and encouraged to be proactive in your role alongside your colleagues.

The school provides a safe and joyful environment which allows the children to thrive and engage in their education. They have a colourful and well equipped outside area where the children can continue their learning outside the classroom.

The school also has its own forest school where the children can learn all about nature and the wilderness within a safe space.


Job role:

To support the children's development across all areas of their development:

Support and encourage positive behaviour management:

Work with an individual (1:1) to support the class teacher in specific lessons
