Trainee Position

Our client is a fast paced growing business who have increased their GWP from 8 million to 12 million in 4 years.

They are now looking to hire a Trainee Customer Service Advisor. No experience necessary although exposure to customer service roles would be an advantage.

What we need from you as a Trainee Customer Service Advisor:

  • No experience necessary although exposure to customer service roles would be an advantage
  • Be friendly, proactive and ready for a challenge
They have at least one role available but due to internal movement, they are likely to have additional positions available - this could be located at any of their offices in:
Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Henley-in-Arden and Pershore.


There would be a requirement, potentially to be available, for training at any of the sites however this will be discussed at interview stage.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Inbound calls from customers processing changes to car, home and equine policies
  • Occasionally will do new business quotes when required
  • Ensuring correct documentation is printed and forwarded to customer in correct timescales
  • Supporting colleagues with queries/adhoc tasks such as taking payments over the phone
  • Liaising with underwriters to get the best outcome for the customer whilst maintaining a logical business outcome

Training:


  • Full training and support offered to gain necessary 'licensing' for role. Beyond that PDP created to outline roadmap of progression depending on personal desire

Salary/Package:
£18,000 to £21,000 per annum


Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm. No weekends. Open to part time or flexible hours within the opening hours. Ability to work from home as and when.
