Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a
Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Didsbury. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday's. The OTE ranges from £24,000 to £26,000.

Let's talk about the role

It involves:

Support the process of bringing new properties to the market
Liaise with Tenants, Landlords, and the Property Management Department
Arrange viewings
Ensure feedback is clearly detailed on the database system
Ensure a high level of communication with the Property Management Department

Administrative experience essential/ estate agency experience useful but not essential
Able to work Saturdays
Great Customer Service experience & communication skills
Strong attention to detail Highly organised & work well under pressure
