InteriorLAB is hiring a Sales Administrator to support the Sales and Pre-Contracts team in their office in Petersfield.

Job Overview


Your role is a vital part of our business success to support our CEO and Pre-Contracts team with the preparation of presentations, proposals and credentials.

This exciting role is based in our Petersfield Head Office.

You will be required to undertake the following.

  • Work closely with our CEO and the Pre
  • Con team to support with the creation of documents
  • Work with the new business and marketing to create company credentials for each sector
  • Create bespoke credentials and presentations as and when required
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • PA support to the CEO
  • Raise Pre-Contract purchase orders
  • Support the Pre-Contracts team to produce documents for project handover and adjudication
  • Support the senior team with compiling fee proposals and pitches
  • Assist the Pre-Contracts team with preparing documentation that is issued to our clients, consultants and professional teams
  • Support the team with daily admin tasks, including maintenance of our ISO standards across the business
  • Ensure that the brand standards are implemented and upheld across all documentation

Skills and experience

  • Experience of Adobe InDesign would be desirable
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a good command of written and spoken English
  • Be proactive and confident in driving your own workload to hit deadlines
  • Preference for experience in construction, property or design
  • Personable and friendly, ability to work alone and as part of a team
You will also be required to do the following as part of your role:

  • Build and maintain relationships with all members of the business and where applicable, clients and our suppliers
  • You will work with your team members to continually improve our services and processes
  • Assist in maintaining and uplifting our culture and moral

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
