Job overview:
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people to work with us in creating an innovative IAPT service, informed by a cutting-edge evidence base.
Post holders will work in the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly IAPT service to provide service suitability assessments and deliver Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based interventions (courses, cCBT, face to face, telephone and video guided self-help appointments).
Alongside completing the Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (Trainee PWP) programme of training at the University of Exeter to learn how to provide a range of Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based approaches for clients with mild to moderate common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.
We will provide you with high quality, regular supervision and in service training opportunities to embed your University learning. You will also be part of our friendly and experienced team who are committed to supporting our community.Main duties of the job:

It is an exciting time to join the team as we grow and develop to deliver a high-quality psychological therapy service which is forward thinking and innovative.
We are looking for energetic and passionate people to contribute to creating an innovative and trailblazing IAPT service, informed by a cutting-edge evidence base.
Post holders will work in the Outlook South West IAPT service to provide high volume, low intensity assessments, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based interventions (guided self-help, courses, digital platforms, video, and telephone contacts), whilst completing the Trainee PWP programme of training at the University of Exeter.
