Our client is an award winning,multi office,independent Estate Agent offering Sales, Lettings and New Homes services. They pride themselves on offering the very best customer service to their clients on their property journey.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner.

Salary package and benefits for the Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator position include:

Basic £20,000-£22,000 depending on experience
OTE £30,000£35,000 depending on experience

- £2,500+ extra for referral fees

The skills needed for this Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator position will include:

Must have experience either as a Senior Sales Negotiator or experience as a Sales Negotiator within the Property Industry
Extensive knowledge of the sales process within property
Target driven
Well spoken and presented
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organisational skills
Be able to work well within a team
Hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
