Town Planner Job in Peterborough

I have a Town Planner job available with a top 10 housebuilder in their regional office in Peterborough. They are looking for a Town Planner with experience in volume housebuilding from either private or public sector who can hit the ground running. This role is offering up to £45k DOE + car allowance, bonus and support becoming chartered if needed.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Planning Manager
  • Keep updated on local and national planning policy changes
  • Provide planning reports for each development.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ideally educated to a degree level of a relevant course
  • Experienced with planning for residential developments
  • Previously worked for a housebuilder (not essential)
  • Ideally 2+ years in Town Planning.
