The Role:

This role will be working all over Gateshead, performing work on commercial and residential buildings.


Key responsibilities:


  • Working mainly on flat roofs
  • Installs and repairs all types of roofs.
  • Perform roof maintenance, repair, and replacement (reroof)
  • Work with a variety of roof systems, materials, equipment, tools, and construction processes
  • Performs work on commercial and residential buildings.
  • Must communicate well and be able to work alone and part of a team.
  • Ensure safety standards are prioritized and always performed.

Qualifications:


  • Must have a valid Driving License
  • Must have Roofer experience.
  • Experience with using various hand and power tools.
  • General construction related experience.

Pay:
£11 - £30


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£11.00-£30.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gateshead: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Roofing: 1 year (preferred)
