_Are you looking to start your career in Trading? We have a fantastic development opportunity as a Trading Promotions Administrator to support our fast paced, close knit trading team._

Your main responsibilities:


  • Coordinate Bestway wholesale cash and carry promotions
  • Working closely with trading promotion and revenue management head to hit promotions sales and margin targets
  • Provide monthly promotion overviews to trading promotion and revenue management head for final commercial checks and approval
  • Conduct and provide monthly price comparisons to trading promotion and revenue management head to ensure our competitive edge in the market
  • Maintain competitors' intel library on weekly basis
  • Liaise with key departments to ensure full adherence to the process and key deadlines to drive efficiency and deliver required business output
  • Compile weekly promotion overview on Excel
  • Create weekly POS on photoshop and PowerPoint
  • Timely POS comms to depots
  • Provide administrative support to ensure monthly promotions on track
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Highly selfmotivated with excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines
  • An understanding of the negotiation process and basic negotiation skills
  • Decision making ability and a sense of responsibility
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Programmes, Excel skills are essential
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
