Description
The Politics Department is one of the United Kingdom's leading providers of internationally-recognised research and teaching in Politics.

It currently has approximately 70 members of academic staff including 16 Professors, 12 Senior Lecturers and Readers, 26 Lecturers and an assortment of fixed-term lecturers and research fellows.

The Department's strengths are reflected in the 2021 REF in which the Department was placed 8th out of 56 in the UK on Grade Point Average (GPA), 5th on publications and 3rd on 4* publications.

The Department is looking to appoint a Fixed Term Teaching Focused Lecturer in the area of comparative politics.
