Due to increasing client demands, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join iCore and assist clients with their Digital transformation challenges. Your Role as an iCore Consultant

• Undertake strategic consultative and operational delivery for a variety of blue-chip and public sector clients in all aspects of their IT Operating Model.
• Engage with clients up to executive level, leveraging over 10 years of Service Management and delivery experience, particularly in major UK/global organizations.
• Exceed client expectations by building relationships, identifying delivery opportunities, and potential sales leads.
• Work flexibly on client sites and remotely, including travel to UK and overseas client locations.
• Contribute to the ongoing success of iCore within a supportive and professional team of consultants.

What to Expect in This Role

• Conduct consultancy engagements to address current and future IT Delivery challenges faced by clients, offering solutions to modernize their Operating Model.
• Drive business and operational changes necessary for transformational improvements in Service Operating Models and Value Streams.
• Utilize iCore products for assessment and improvement roadmaps, conveying business benefits to clients at an executive level.
• Lead delivery workstreams, provide mentoring, and contribute to the development of iCore's Service Management Practice.

Your Qualifications

• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience in IT service management tools and operational management/service delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile Project Management, DevOps, and Digital/Cloud implementations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range: £65,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
