REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR /2YRS + PQE / Guildford My client is an award winning and expanding legal 100 firm which provides integrated legal services from their multi offices accross the Southewest and London They are searching for a Solicitor or licensedconveyancer to undertake a wide variety of residential property matters.

The successful candidate will work on a variety of residential property transactions to include acquisitions and disposals.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years PQE upto a more senior level, with a motivated and ambitious outlook and a solid grounding in residential property.

As part of the Real Estate team you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of very high quality matters relating to property transactionsand landlord & tenant matters as well as other related work.

You will be working directly alongside the Partner and encouraged to develop a strong specialism with the full support of the firm.
