We are professional, innovative, and our goal is to Bring Apprentices from the ground up, learning and adapting on the job to finally become a Fully qualified Thermal Insulation Technician.

At Gill's we pay Apprentices to get the highest level of qualifications to be able to carry out works to the highest level.

• Drive to and from site on a daily basis.
• Have a proffesiional image when representing the company.
• Once qualified you will be expected to be able to read drawings, complete site measures, liase with clients and complete works to a high level.
• Perform inspection of existing works.
• Know the job details so Variations and extras can be tracked.
• Perform accurate measurements of new and existing insulation works.
• Complete all work in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees and management.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision (Once qualified)
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Must have good time management skills and are reliable.
• Must have a basic understanding of basic math concepts (addition & subtraction) and be able to use a measuring tape accurately.
