The Company is part of a Group of Companies specialising in all aspects of property purchase & management. They have offices based in Burnley and in Middlesbrough and manage a large portfolio of properties in both regions. Recently, we have just celebrated our 2000+ property mark as a Group

The Role:

We are looking for a General Handyman/Woman to work for the renovations and maintenance departments.

You will take ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.

You will also operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas.

Typical work will comprise of empty properties that require full refurbishment.

This is the ideal position for someone who has been self-employed now looking for a full-time permanent role. The individual must be proactive and able to identify issues quickly and remedy effectively.

You must be practical and capable of producing consistent high-quality work where needed and completing general building and maintenance tasks efficiently.

We are looking for someone who can show initiative, can communicate well with colleagues and customers and completes jobs to a good standard.

All applicants must have a valid driving license, own van and tools.
