We are currently seeking a talented Scheduler to join our clients dynamic team in Peterborough.

As a Scheduler at their market-leading Housing business, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their projects run smoothly and efficiently.

This role is office based and the salary is flexible depending on what you can bring to the table.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate and schedule construction activities, repairs and subcontractors, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimise resource allocation and minimise delays.
Maintain accurate records of project timelines, milestones, and progress updates.
Proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed of project schedules and any changes.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in scheduling, project coordination, planning or related roles within the housing industry.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
